Terms of Service

Agreement

By using this website or taking our free placement test, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The placement test

• Our placement test is a free, automated, multiple-choice assessment covering grammar & vocabulary, reading, and listening.
• It gives a general guide to your CEFR level (A1–C1) to help match you with the right class. It is not a certified or official language qualification, and results are not stored or issued as a formal certificate.
• For an official qualification, we recommend a recognized exam such as IELTS or TOEFL — ask us about exam preparation support.

Course materials

Materials shown behind an access code are provided for viewing only, for enrolled students in that class. Access codes are personal to your class and may change between terms; please do not share your code or redistribute materials outside your class.

Enrollment and payment

Course enrollment, scheduling, and payment are arranged directly with our team by WhatsApp, phone, or email once we've discussed the class that's right for you — this website does not process payments. Any pricing, schedule, or refund terms will be confirmed with you directly before you enroll.

Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information to impersonate someone else, or use an access code you were not given by us.

No guarantee of outcome

While we work hard to help every student improve, we cannot guarantee specific exam scores, admissions outcomes, or timelines — results depend on individual effort, attendance, and starting level.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
